May is more than halfway over, but the echoes of April’s hard work still ring in our ears. Recently, ANNILTE’s monthly sales awards ceremony came to a successful close. This was more than just an awards ceremony; it was a source of inspiration—every team member who took the stage demonstrated through their actions that at ANNILTE, as long as you’re willing to work hard, you too can stand on the podium.

The ceremony was hosted by Director Wang Fangfang and attended by General Manager Gao, General Manager Xiu, heads of all departments in Jinan, the entire sales team, and colleagues from the Technical Department, Market Development Division I, and other departments.
Outstanding Team Award: Eagle Team
The Eagle Team once again took home this prestigious award. This is not the first time they have received this honor; through their actions, they have proven that success is not a coincidence, but a habit.
Top Collection Performance Award: Qiao Cuicui
When accepting the award, Sister Qiao shared some moving words: “In my five years with the company, I’ve undergone no fewer than seven or eight transformations. Every time I hit a low point, I tell myself, ‘This is an opportunity for growth.’” Success doesn’t come out of thin air; everything we have today is the result of hard work.
Collection Leadership Award: Xiong Yuanyuan
Yuanyuan said, “This performance marks a new high since I joined the company.” She specifically noted, “When our families need us, the achievements we make at work give us the confidence to support them. Work isn’t just about income—it’s about realizing our personal value.” With just these words, she spoke for countless colleagues.
