How to Judge the Quality of PP Manure Belt? (For European & American Chicken Farms)

1. Check the Raw Material: Virgin PP vs. Recycled Chalk-Filled Material

The biggest hidden defect in low-cost manure belts is recycled polypropylene mixed with calcium carbonate (chalk) .

  • Poor belt: Feels stiff, shows white stress marks when folded, cracks after 6–12 months of ammonia exposure.
