When your production environment demands more than standard belts can deliver,Annilte’s newly developed NWEE conveyor belt sets a new benchmark. Combining advanced TPEE coating with a dimensionally stable fabric design, NWEE delivers reliable performance where temperatures drop to -40°C and chemicals challenge ordinary materials.
NWEE operates seamlessly in freezing conditions down to -40°C, with an optimal working range from -25°C to +140°C and intermittent tolerance up to +160°C (open).
For every 10°C drop below 23°C, we recommend increasing pulley diameter by 20% to maximize belt life – a design flexibility that ensures durability even in extreme cold storage or outdoor winter applications.
The transparent TPEE coating (0.3 mm, 90 Shore A, matte finish) resists a wide range of industrial chemicals, oils, and greases, making NWEE suitable for processing lines that involve lubricants, cleaning agents, or acidic/basic environments.
One of NWEE’s standout engineering breakthroughs: edge stress does not cause layer separation. The belt’s plain-weave structure with transverse stabilization and a 2-layer fabric design prevents running-off-edge delamination – a common failure in traditional belts.
The TPEE coating meets FDA requirements for direct food contact, while the transparent, non-marking surface supports visual inspection and hygienic operation. Ideal for food processing, packaging, and pharmaceutical lines.
