Key Features of a Nomex Blanket Sublimation Heat Press:

1、High Temperature & Pressure Control – Nomex requires precise heat (typically 180–220°C / 356–428°F) and pressure settings for effective dye sublimation.
2、Large Format Press – Since blankets vary in size, the machine should accommodate the required dimensions (e.g., 40×60 cm, 60×90 cm, or larger).
3、Even Heat Distribution – A flatbed or swing-away heat press ensures uniform temperature across the blanket.
4、Digital Controls – A programmable timer, temperature, and pressure settings improve consistency.
5、Teflon or Silicone Coating – Prevents sticking and ensures smooth transfer.

Sublimation Process for Nomex Blankets:

1、Design Printing – Use sublimation ink and paper to print the design (mirrored).
2、Pre-Pressing – Preheat the Nomex to remove moisture.
3、Heat Pressing – Apply at 200°C (392°F) for 30–60 seconds with medium pressure.
4、Cooling & Finishing – Peel off the paper once cooled.
