Common Problems and Solutions

1. Belt guide strips are out of groove
   • Cause: Improper belt installation, worn or damaged guide strip, etc.
   • Solution: Reinstall the belt to ensure that the guide strip fits well with the belt; replace worn or damaged guide strip.
2. Joint open teeth
   • Cause: Belt joints are not treated properly, or have been used for a long time, resulting in deterioration.
   • Solution: Reprocess the belt joints to ensure that the joints are flat and firm; replace the aging belt.
3. Deflection
   • Reason: Insufficient tension when installing the belt, non-parallel or damaged pulleys.
   • Solution: Adjust the tension of the belt to ensure that the belt does not deflect during operation; check and replace the damaged pulleys.
