At the beginning of 2026, marking the return to work after the New Year holidays, Shandong Annai Conveyor Belt Manufacturer held its monthly Key Phrase Interpretation Ceremony on January 4th as scheduled. For this month’s key phrase session, Mr. Xiu initiated the discussion with a thought-provoking question: “What are the root causes of problems?” This sparked active participation and reflection from the staff, who offered insights such as “cognition” and “position.” Drawing on Adler’s Three Life Tasks (work, interpersonal relationships, and love), Mr. Xiu distilled four core root causes: “cognitive bias,” “emotional conflict,” “information asymmetry,” and “diffusion of responsibility.” He then revealed this month’s key phrase: ”Communication and Cooperation: The Pathway to Solutions”—highlighting it as the core method for breaking down problems and enhancing effectiveness.
