High Joint Flatness: Uneven joints directly cause surface defects on the panels. High-quality conveyor belts utilize a composite serration process and imported curing agents to control joint tolerances within 0.3mm–0.5mm, ensuring the joint thickness matches the belt body. This guarantees a smooth and flat panel surface, effectively improving the yield rate.
