What is PU round belt?


PU round belts are round drive belts made of polyurethane (PU for short) as the base material through a precision extrusion process. Polyurethane material combines the elasticity of rubber and the strength of plastic, which gives PU round belt the following core characteristics:

High abrasion resistance: the molecular structure of PU material is dense, high tear strength, can withstand long-term friction but not easy to wear and tear, the service life is far more than the traditional rubber belt.

Oil and chemical resistance: good resistance to grease, acid and alkali and other chemicals, suitable for food processing, chemical and other complex environments.

Low noise operation: round belt surface is smooth, low vibration and low noise during transmission, which meets the requirements of modern factories for environmental protection and comfort.

Anti-aging and anti-fatigue: stable performance in a wide temperature range from -30℃ to +80℃, not easy to deform or crack in long-term use.
