In the vacuum belt filter, the belt plays the role of supporting the filter cloth and connecting with the vacuum tank through the belt machine slide plate. When the slurry is spread on the filter cloth, the vacuum pump generates strong suction force, so that the liquid in the slurry enters into the vacuum tank through the drainage holes of the filter cloth and the belt, while the solid particles are retained on the filter cloth to form the filter cake. With the movement of the belt, the filter cake enters the washing area and suction drying area in turn, and finally the dry filter cake and clarified filtrate are obtained.
